December is Stress Reduction Month!

This month the 12 for 12 campaign is focussing on stress, and hopefully providing you with some ideas for how to reduce your stress levels both in work and out of it.  We will be offering lots of taster sessions from tai chi to meditation, relaxation to stress reduction for you to dip into.  We'll also be sharing with you some useful web links and leaflets on stress, and finally will be sharing with you '12 stress busting tips of Christmas'.

1.  Sheffield IAPT
- Information about booking onto free courses held in the city centre

2.  Glasgow Steps - This site tells people about common stress problems and gives some ideas on how best to tackle them.  The problems they can help with are identified in a 'Stress Wheel' on the home page.  Examples include sleep, self esteem etc. it is split into 3 stages, information you can download, self assessment and self help

3.  NHS Wellbeing at Work - Provides information and links to a range of other resources and sites such as:
