We want you to be consulted on the way we run our services. This will enable us to look at how we can play a bigger role in creating a healthier community.

It is a group of registered patients who meet with members of the practice to feed back their views on the services we provide. They represent our patient population and help us shape our service in the best way to serve patients.
There are currently 40 members of the Patient Group and any patient registered at the practice is welcome to join. If you are interested in joining, please contact the practice for more information.
Darnall/Highgate patient group meetings are held at both Darnall Primary Care Centre and also at Highgate Surgery, Highgate, Tinsley, Sheffield, S9 1WN.
Jordanthorpe Patent Group Meetings are held at Jordanthorpe Health Centre, 1 Dyche Close,Sheffield, S8 8DJ

Our Patient Group are actively participating in the development of our services by attending meetings, volunteering and giving feedback by post, telephone and email. We also want to hear the views of all our patients to ensure we shape our services in the best way for patients.
At each meeting, the patient group members will discuss any issues you want to raise. If you want to let the group know your concerns/suggestions, please either pop a note into the 'Patient Group Mailbox' which you will find the the waiting area, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and mark your email for the attention of the patient group.
